Introduce your child
to people they admire in the field of their interest.

No one lives long enough to learn everything they need to learn starting from
scratch. To be successful, we absolutely, positively have to find people who
have already paid the price to learn the things that we need to learn to achieve our goals - Brian Tracey
The best way to positively groom a teenager to be a great leader of tomorrow is
by introducing them to people who have either done great things in the field of
their interest or who are doing well in that field. Let's take for example your child wants to be a doctor, what you need to
do as a parent is to introduce your child to successful doctors for exposure so
that they grow up being used to things they want to do in their lives. It’s a great
way to let a teenager stay motivated in what they want to do in life.
If she or he wants to be a tennis player one day, your responsibility as a
parent is to make sure you start introducing your child to great tennis players
or coaches around so they start to receive some lessons. They also benefit
through staying motivated by the work of their mentors. We call these people
mentors of life. Teenagers need mentors in whatever they want to do.
When l discovered that l wanted to write one day and inspire people, l introduced
myself to quiet a number of great authors in Zimbabwe and all over the world
because l wanted to get some speaking and writing lessons and lam happy today
l am inspiring nations because of these people.
Let’s help each other to take our teenagers to the top. I am still one of those
people who still believe that coaching and grooming teens in a positive way is
building Africa.
